Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or Missing Items If your items arrives damaged or  you are missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@movekitmontreal.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace the damaged or missing items at no additional cost.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.
