By placing an order on movekitmontreal.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General MoveKit Montreal is operated by MoveKit Services Montreal, a sole proprietorship registered in Quebec, Canada (NEQ: 2282082132). We sell pre-bundled moving kits and packing supplies for delivery and pickup in the Montreal and Laval areas.

Orders All orders are confirmed upon successful payment. All sales are final — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Pricing and Taxes All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. GST and QST are calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with Quebec tax regulations. Taxes apply to both product prices and delivery fees.

Delivery We offer delivery within Montreal and Laval with a 48-hour delivery window from the time of order. Delivery fees are charged at checkout. MoveKit Montreal uses third-party courier services for delivery.

Pickup Free pickup is available at our Montreal location. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Product Availability MoveKit Montreal reserves the right to substitute boxes of equal or larger dimensions when standard sizes are unavailable. All boxes meet a minimum size of 17x17x17 inches.4,913 cubic inches / 2.84 cubic feetAll items MoveKit Montreal reserves the right to substitute items with products of equal or larger dimensions, provided they meet or exceed the specifications listed on our website. This ensures your kit always has what you need, even when exact products are temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of Liability MoveKit Montreal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
